With over 80 years of combined experience in Denver’s luxury real estate market, the Schossow Group at Compass is a diverse team of veteran experts who share a passion for Denver’s luxury real estate and all that Colorado has to offer.

The namesake for the Schossow Group, Dale, has seen it all in his 40+ years of experience: interest rates that surpassed 18% (process that one for a minute), the rise of the “dotcom” era, the impacts of 9/11 and a country at war, plenty of market fluctuations and everything in between. This year is certainly no exception, bringing with it a global pandemic, national disasters, civil unrest, economic stress, and a contentious election season.

However, the local real estate market has thrived since the summer as Colorado communities – including BackCountry – continue to be highly desired destinations for home buyers with the average price for a single-family detached home in Denver Metro hitting a record-breaking $606,330 in August. Total sales volume is up 3% compared to 2019 at over $20 billion.

In order to provide maximum benefit in guiding clients through the ever-changing market, Dale hand-selected and built a team of professionals who complement one another’s strengths and talents. “My goal in building the Schossow Group was to create a powerhouse team that together offer a superior level of service, a diverse span of experience, passion for Denver’s luxury market and ultimately successful results for our buyers and sellers. I am incredibly honored to work alongside real estate experts who demonstrate integrity and grit in all they do.”

The timing has worked out well. In conjunction with the team’s formation, the Schossow Group made a big move to Compass, the fastest-growing real estate company in the nation, who locally recently surpassed LIV Sotheby’s as the number one brokerage in Denver in both market share and sales volume year to date. Their ascent is thanks in part to the Schossow Group who quickly proved to be one of the company’s top-producing teams.
