Schossow Group Awarded Double Black Diamond Status from 5280
Top recognition denotes $40 million or more in Colorado sales

The Schossow Group has ranked as a 5280 Top Producing Team in Colorado at the top Double Black Diamond level for 2022.
Nationally, the housing market remains robust, and the Denver market continually ranks among the most desirable. The annual list compiles the top home sellers through the Denver metro area based on sales volume.
There are four categories in the annual 5280 Top Producer awards: individual agents, teams of two agents, teams of three to five agents, and teams of six to 15 agents. Within each category, there are two tiers: black diamond and double black diamond, which signify different levels of sales volumes. To be on the list, an agent or team of agents must have sold real estate within the Denver metro area and attained a certain amount of sales. Agents must also have an active license with the state’s Department of Regulatory Agencies; that license must be in good standing, without any disciplinary actions within the past five years. Inclusion on the Top Real Estate Producers list is also not dependent upon advertising with the magazine, so the list is compiled solely based on sales volume.
Individual agents
Black Diamond: $10 million to $19,999,999
Double Black Diamond: $20 million or more
Teams of two agents
Black Diamond: $15 million to $29,999,999
Double Black Diamond: $30 million or more
Teams of 3 to 5 agents
Black Diamond: $20 million to $39,999,999
Double Black Diamond: $40 million or more
Teams of 6 to 15 agents
Black Diamond: $25 million to $49,999,999
Double Black Diamond: $50 million or more
